James Golding Tuscan Testaroli with Pesto and Aged Parmesan recipe on Sunday Brunch

James Golding served up tasty Tuscan Testaroli pasta with Pesto and Aged Parmesan on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients for the batter are: 300g 00 pasta flour, 350ml quite warm water and Sea salt.

For the pesto: 1 bunch fresh basil, 50g toasted pine nuts, 2 x garlic cloves, Olive oil, Salt and pepper.
