Joe Wicks served up a tasty spicy spring onion chicken with oyster sauce, honey and rice on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1tbsp vegetable oil, 640g chicken mini fillets, 40g cornflour, 5 tbsp oyster sauce, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 2 bunches of spring onions, finely sliced, 4 garlic cloves, grated, Thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 200-400ml water and Juice of 1-2 limes, plus wedges to serve.
