Marcus Bean served up a delicious sticky toffee puddings with dark brown sugar and salted caramel sauce on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 60g unsalted butter, plus extra to grease the moulds, 150g soft dark brown sugar, 2 tbsp treacle, 2 large eggs, 200g self raising flour, 200g dates, 300ml water and 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda.

For the Salted Caramel Sauce: 250g caster sugar, 25ml water, 150g salted butter, cut into chunks, 150ml double cream and Pinch of sea salt.
