John Whaite spinach and feta crustless mini quiche recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

John Whaite served up tasty spinach and feta crust-less mini quiche on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 4 large free-range eggs, 400ml double cream, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 3/4 tsp fine salt, 1/2 tsp ground white pepper, 120g feta cheese, crumbled, ½ onion, peeled, very finely chopped and 120g cooked spinach, diced (John prefers to use canned spinach, drained).
