Simon Rimmer peach and gorgonzola salad recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty peach and gorgonzola salad on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 4 peaches, cut into wedges, Oil to brush on, 125g pecans, 250g gorgonzola, Handful watercress and 12 cherry tomatoes, halved.

For the dressing : 50ml cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 150ml rapeseed oil, Clove crushed garlic, Salt and pepper.
