Shivi Ramoutar Feijoada (Brazilian Pork and Black Bean Stew) with rice recipe on Oti Mabuse’s Breakfast Show

Shivi Ramoutar and Oti Mabuse served up a tasty Feijoada (Brazilian Pork and Black Bean Stew) with rice and salsa on Oti Mabuse’s Breakfast Show.

The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, 4 rashers bacon, chopped or snipped into lordons, 1/2 ring cured chorizo, chopped, or snipped into rounds, 400-500g stewing pork, 1 onion, roughly chopped, 3 gloves garlic, crushed, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 2 x 400g tin black beans, drained and 1 tbsp white wine vinager.

For the salsa: 1/2 red onion, finely diced, 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped, 1/2 green pepper, deseeded and finely diced, 1 orange, peeled, pith removed and diced, 1 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped.
