Rosemary Shrager leek and pork sausage rolls recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Rosemary Shrager served up tasty leek and pork sausage rolls on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 30g unsalted butter , 100g leeks, cleaned and shredded or onion, optional , 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped , 450g finely minced belly pork or sausage meat, 3tbsp sage and parsley or chives, chopped , Pinch ground mace and nutmeg , Pinch of dried chilli powder , 2tbsp soft breadcrumbs mixed with 2tbsp of whole milk , 500g puff pastry, rolled out and One whole free-range egg and one free range egg yolk.
