Theo Michaels smash burgers with spicy potato wedges recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Theo Michaels served up tasty smash burgers with spicy potato wedges on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients for the wedges are: 750g white potatoes, cut into irregular wedges, 30ml olive oil, Pinch cayenne, Pinch garlic powder and Pinch paprika.

For the burgers: 250g beef mince, 10% fat, 4 brioche buns and 4 slices burger cheese, optional.

For the burger sauce: 45ml mayonnaise, 30ml ketchup, 30ml mustard French or American, 1 gherkin, chopped and 1tbsp pickle juice from gherkins.

To assemble (optional) : ½ iceberg lettuce, shredded, 2 vine tomatoes, sliced and ½ red onion, peeled and thinly sliced.
