Nathan Anthony crispy chilli beef recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Nathan Anthony served up tasty crispy chilli beef using a air fryer on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 500g thin-cut beef steaks, cut into strips, 2tbsp cornflour, Low-calorie oil spray, 1 onion, peeled and cut into chunks and Handful of sugar snap peas or mangetout, halved lengthways.

For the sauce: 3tbsp sriracha, 3tbsp hoisin sauce, 3tbsp honey, 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed, 1tsp rice wine vinegar, 1tbsp sesame oil and 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce.

To serve: 150g cooked noodles, 2 spring onions, sliced and 1 red chilli, sliced.
