Jose Pizarro Spanish feast with Meatballs, Spinach, Pine Nuts, Sultanas and Saffron Yoghurt recipe on This Morning

Jose Pizarro served up a tasty Spanish feast with beef and pork meatballs, spinach, sultanas, pine nuts and saffron yoghurt on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 banana shallot, finely chopped , 300g beef mince , 300g pork mince , 2 fat garlic cloves, grated , 1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon ground cumin , Handful chopped coriander, plus extra to garnish, 30g pine nuts, toasted , 250g baby spinach , 30g sultanas , Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper , Crusty bread, to serve.

For the spiced saffron yoghurt: 300g Greek yoghurt, 1 garlic clove, grated , 1 teaspoon finely chopped mint leaves , Pinch saffron threads, soaked in 1 teaspoon water and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil .
