Simon Rimmer pork zha mian noodles recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty pork zha mian noodles on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: Half finely chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, 25mm piece ginger, chopped, 450g minced pork (needs some fat content) and Tsp sugar and 400g cooked udon noodles.

For the sauce : 60g yellow bean sauce, 25g hoi sin, 50ml chilli sauce, 25ml soy, 2tsp black vinegar and 100ml chicken stock.

Serve with beansprouts, radish, cucumber.
