Simon Rimmer Nashville style hot fried chicken recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty Nashville style hot fried chicken with white bread and pickles on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1 x 4lb chicken, jointed (cut breasts in half so 10 pieces), 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbs sea salt, 500ml buttermilk, 1 egg, 50ml hot sauce (tabasco), 250g flour, 2tbs cayenne, 1 Tbs soft light brown sugar, 1 Tsp garlic powder, 2tsp smoked paprika and 150ml veg oil (ideally use the hot oil from frying).
