Ruby Bhogal Indian spiced turkey burgers recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Ruby Bhogal served up tasty Indian spiced turkey burgers with coriander and mint chutney on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 500g 7% fat turkey mince, 50g white onion, peeled and diced, 50g red onion, peeled and diced, 1 medium free-range egg, 1 to 2 green finger chilies, finely chopped (less if prefer milder), 12g fresh garlic, peeled and grated, 2tbsp fresh/frozen ginger, peeled and grated, 2tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped, 1tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped, 1.5tsp salt, 1.5tsp Garam Masala and 1/2 tsp ground fenugreek.

For the Coriander & Mint Chutney: 125g Greek yogurt, ½ lemon, juice only, 1 bunch coriander, stems included, 30g mint leaves, ½ green chilli, sliced, 2tsps fresh/frozen ginger, peeled and grated, 1 clove garlic, ¼ tsp sea salt, (may need more but adjust to taste) and Pinch of caster sugar.
