Monica Galetti prawn spaghetti with sumac, pancetta and creme fraiche recipe on Lorraine

Monica Galetti served up a speedy prawn spaghetti with sumac, pancetta and creme fraiche on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 20 uncooked shell-on king prawns, 1 tbsp sumac, 2 garlic cloves, grated, 1 tbsp thyme leaves, Olive oil, 2 handfuls of spaghetti, 120g pancetta, chopped, 240g cream cheese, 2 tbsp chopped chives, Salt and pepper.

    Monica didn’t say what type of stock she used on Lorraine.
