Rex’s tocino pork chops with a pineapple and soy glaze on The Great Cookbook Challenge

Rex served up tasty Filipino tocino pork chops with a pineapple and soy glaze on The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver.

The ingredients are: 2 x 170g pork chops, 80g dark brown sugar, 250ml pineapple juice, 5 garlic cloves, 15ml soy sauce, 10ml cider vinegar, 1/2 star anise, 3 black peppercorns, sea salt to taste, 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 1 red onions and 1 spring onion.
