Ian’s chicken in black bean sauce with crispy fried egg recipe on The Great Cookbook Challenge

Ian served up tasty chicken in black bean sauce with crispy fried egg on The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver.

The ingredients are: 3 to 4 chicken breast, 2 tbsp black beans, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 medium onion, 3 garlic cloves, thumb size piece of ginger, 4 spring onions, 4 medium eggs, 2 to 3 tbsp of oil.

For the marinade: 4 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, a pinch of five spice and 2 tsp corn flour.

For the sauce: 3 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 2 tbsp water.

For the boiled rice: 300g Jasmine rice and 450ml water.
