Simon Rimmer served up tasty slow cooked smoky pork belly with potatoes, chorizo and black pudding (patatas bravas) on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 1kg pork belly, skin on, 50ml olive oil, 2tsp fine sea salt, 1tsp smoked paprika, 1tsp fennel seeds, 2tbsp olive oil, 2 onions, peeled and thinly sliced, 4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced, 1 stick black pudding, sliced, 250g chorizo, chopped, 75ml dry sherry, 2tsp chilli flakes, 1tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 150ml olive oil and 1kg small baby new potatoes.
