Joss Stone served up a tasty vegan sweetcorn chowder with oat milk and sweet potatoes on Lorraine.

The ingredients are: Olive oil, 1 large Onion, peeled and diced, 2 x sweet potatoes, peeled and diced, Up to 1.5L oat milk, 300ml single vegan cream, 1 x veggie stock pot, 1tbsp yeast flakes, 30g vegan margarine, 30g flour and 400g tinned sweetcorn, drained.

To serve: Chopped parsley and French bread.
