Mary Berry served up delicious crunchy and chewy ginger biscuits with crystallised ginger and golden syrup on Love To Cook.
The ingredients are: 50g butter, 1 level tbsp golden syrup, 175g self-raising flour, 1 level tbsp ground ginger, 75g crystallised ginger, finely chopped, 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 50g demerara sugar, 50g light muscovado sugar and 1 medium egg, beaten.
