Jamie Oliver smoky aubergine daal with lentils, black mustard seeds and rosemary recipe

Jamie served up a tasty smoky aubergine daal with Puy lentils, black mustard seeds and rosemary on Jamie Oliver: Together.

The ingredients are: 1 large aubergine , (400g), 1 fresh red chilli, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 red onion, 2 black cardamom pods, olive oil, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds, 1 small sprig of rosemary, red wine vinegar, 1 x 400 g tin of black beans, 200 g dried Puy lentils and 1 cinnamon stick.
