James Martin served up a delicious chocolate fudge cake with hazelnuts and butter icing on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 200g butter, softened, plus extra for greasing, 200g caster sugar, 4 eggs, 150g self-raising flour and 50g cocoa powder.
For the icing: 300g dark chocolate, melted, 100g icing sugar, 200g butter, softened and 75ml double cream.
To decorate: 50g toasted hazelnuts and chopped Fudge.
