Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up tasty sunshine prawns in a bread bowl on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 sourdough loaf , 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 2-3 tbsp olive oil, 1 red onion, finely sliced, 2 garlic clove, finely sliced, 1 red chilli, diced, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp turmeric, 150g cherry tomatoes, halved, 100g baby spinach, 200g raw king prawns, Salt and pepper, Fresh coriander, roughly chopped, 1 lemon and Lemon wedges.
