Lisa Faulkner and John Torode courgette and pea fritters recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up tasty courgette and pea fritters with a mint, feta and cream cheese dip on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients fritters are: 100g plain flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1 egg, beaten, 50ml whole milk, 20g butter, melted , 2 courgettes, grated, 150g frozen peas, defrosted, 2 tbsp dried mint, 1 tbsp dried thyme, 1 tbsp sweet or smoked paprika, 1 tsp chilli flakes, Vegetable oil, Salt and pepper.

For the whipped feta: 250g feta cheese, 75g cream cheese and 1 handful of fresh mint.
