Gok Wan served up tasty Chip shop curry sauce with butterfly king prawns in panko crispy batter and chips on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.
The ingredients for the prawns include: King prawns, corn flour, egg and panko breadcrumbs.
For the sauce: white onion, garden peas, carrots, chestnut mushrooms, medium curry powder, five spice, onion grains, garlic, stock of choice, tsp sugar, light soy, corn flour and water.
