Gok Wan served up tasty Peking duck breasts with steamed pan cakes and all the trimmings on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.
The ingredients include: duck breasts, garlic cloves and dark soy sauce.
For the spices: schezwan pepper corns, large cinnamon stick, star anise, fennel seeds and cloves.
To serve: steamed pan cakes, hoisin sauce, cucumber, spring onions and prawn crackers.
