John Torode baked blueberry cheesecake recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious American inspired baked blueberry cheesecake on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 200g ginger biscuits, 50g almonds, 50g butter, cubed, 500g ricotta, 60ml Amaretto, 100g sugar, 20g flour, 4 eggs, separated, 60ml double cream, 60ml sour cream, 5ml vanilla bean paste or extract, A pinch of salt, if desired, 100g blueberries, half of them cut in two and Icing sugar, for sprinkling.
