Simon Rimmer white chocolate mousse cake with chocolate sauce recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious white chocolate mousse cake with chocolate sauce and strawberries on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 3 eggs, 75g sugar, 50g flour, 25g cocoa powder and 1 sachet of gelatin.

For the mousse: 300g white chocolate, 45ml whole milk, 75ml of double cream, 225ml double cream and 3 egg whites.

For the sauce: 100g butter, 100g milk chocolate, 100ml water and 100ml condensed milk.
