Ainsley Harriott fisherman’s pie recipe on Ainsley’s Food We Love

Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty fisherman’s pie for Alexandra Burke on Ainsley’s Food We Love.

The ingredients are: 850g floury potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks, 600ml full-fat milk, 1 bay leaf, 650g mix of firm fish (cod smoked haddock and salmon), skinned, boned, cut in large chunks, 75 butter, plus extra for greasing and dotting on top, 2 heaped tbsp creme fraiche, 1 large shallot, finely chopped, 30g plain flour, 1 heaped tsp mustard (Dijon or English), zest and juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 100g raw tiger prawns, handful of frozen peas, defrosted, sea salt and white pepper.
