Jamie Oliver steamed cod with asparagus and avocado hollandaise sauce recipe

Jamie Oliver served up tasty steamed cod with asparagus and a tarragon, avocado hollandaise sauce on Jamie: Keep Cooking Family Favourites.

The ingredients are: 1 bunch of thick asparagus , (350g), 2 x 150 g chunky fillets of white fish , skin off, pin-boned, from sustainable sources, 2 spring onions, 1 lemon, red wine vinegar, ½ a bunch of tarragon , (10g), 1 really ripe avocado, 1 large free-range egg and extra virgin olive oil.
