Simon Rimmer caramel salmon with egg noodles and crispy onions recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty caramel salmon with chillies, egg noodles and crispy onions on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 75g sugar, 50ml water, 30ml fish sauce, 1 sliced red chilli, 25mm piece ginger in matchsticks, 2x 175g salmon fillets, 2 heads of halved bok choi and juice and zest of ½ a lime.

To serve: 2 nests of egg noodles and 2 tbsp crispy onions.
