Raymond Blanc pea soup with garlic and mint recipe on Simply Raymond Blanc

Raymond Blanc served up a tasty and easy to make pea soup with garlic, mint and extra virgin olive oil on Simply Raymond Blanc.

The ingredients are: 800ml Water, 1 Garlic Clove, 2 Large Mint Sprigs, 150ml Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, 500g Frozen Peas, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
