James Martin served up a delicious Valentine’s day pudding with strawberries and candy floss on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1x sponge flan, 50ml whisky, 500g large strawberries, 600ml double cream and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste.

To decorate: Icing sugar, Selection of berries, Mint sprigs and Spun sugar.
