Simon Rimmer cheese and nduja strata recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty cheese and nduja strata with smoked pancetta and manchego cheese on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 300g smoked pancetta lardons, 6 eggs, 300ml full fat milk, 750g torn baguette (approx. 50mm pieces), 500g grated manchego, 100g nduja, Chopped parsley and Zest half lemon.
