Rachel Khoo fron The Little Paris Kitchen makes a chicken dumpling soup on A to Z of cooking.

Her chicken dumpling soup is a dish Rachel enjoyed when she was little, made by her grandmother.

The ingredients for the dumplings are simply whizzed together in the food processor into a paste, and then shaped into quenelles before being added to the soup. A quenelle is shaped like a little football and which can easily be achieved by using two teaspoons in a scooping motion.
