Nadiya Hussain served up tasty tray bake teriyaki chicken noodles Chilli, spring onions and coriander on Nadiya Bakes.
The ingredients are: 300ml hot water, 30g soft brown sugar, 150ml dark soy sauce, 30g fresh root ginger, finely grated, 6 garlic cloves, crushed, 1–2 tsp chilli flakes (optional, or adjust to taste), 5 chicken thighs, boneless, skin removed and 225g instant vermicelli noodles (5 nests).
To garnish: small handful fresh coriander, chopped, 3 spring onions, thinly sliced, 1 large red chilli, thinly sliced and sesame seeds, black and white.
