Lisa Faulkner stuffed butternut squash with tomatoes, sourdough bread and coconut yogurt recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a tasty stuffed butternut squash with tomatoes, chilli flakes, sourdough bread and Coconut milk and yogurt on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 1 large butternut squash, Olive oil, 1 bunch spring onions, chopped, 1 clove garlic, grated, 300g cherry tomatoes, halved, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 2 slices crusty sourdough bread, cubed, 4 tbsp drinking coconut milk, Coriander, chopped, Coconut yogurt and 1 lime.
