Tom Kerridge served up delicious fudgy chocolate brownies with black beans and coffee on Lose Weight and Get Fit.

The ingredients are: 400g tin black beans, rinsed and drained (235g drained weight), 80g light vegetable spread, 4 large free-range eggs, 60g good-quality cocoa powder, plus 1 tsp for dusting, 50g ground almonds, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 40ml maple syrup, 1 tsp instant coffee granules, 4 tbsp granulated sweetener and 60g dark chocolate chips.
