James Martin served up delicious biscotti with fruit and nuts on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 250g plain flour, 250g caster sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 3 medium eggs, 50g dried apricots, chopped, 50g dried cranberries, chopped, 50g dried blueberries, chopped, 75g pistachios, 50g blanched almonds, 50g shelled hazelnuts and Zest and juice of 1 lemon.
