Si and Dave served up a Native American Succotash corn and bean stew with wild garlic cornbread on Hairy Bikers: Route 66.

The ingredients for the stew: 1 smoked ham hock, about 500g, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 large onion, diced, 2 celery sticks, diced, 1 red pepper, diced, 1 green pepper, diced, 200g butternut squash or pumpkin, peeled and diced, 1 large courgette, trimmed and diced, 2 garlic cloves, crushed or few sprigs wild garlic, finely chopped, few sprigs tarragon, leaves picked, 250g sweetcorn and 400g tin butter beans, drained and rinsed.
