John Torode Mac and Cheese Bites recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty mac and cheese bites with Marie Rose sauce using leftover mac and cheese on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: Leftover Mac & Cheese, 1 jar Jalapeno chilli peppers, 100g Mozzarella, 50g Self raising flour, seasoned with salt and pepper, 100g panko bread crumbs, 1 egg, beaten with a little milk and Paprika.

For the Marie Rose Sauce: Dollop of Mayo, Ketchup, Splash of Tabasco and Splash of Worcestershire sauce.
