Simon Rimmer Spiced Banana Fritters recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up delicious spiced banana fritters for Mothers Day on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 4 bananas, firm, 100g self raising flour, 25g cornflour, 30g melted butter, 35g sugar, 150g ice cold fizzy water, 1 tsp 5 spice, pinch cayenne, honey (to drizzle) and sesame seeds (to sprinkle on fritters).

Ginger cheesecake dip: 100g cream cheese, 75g Greek yoghurt, 50g finely chopped preserved ginger in syrup and a little of the syrup and 50g honey.
