Nadia’s vegetable frittata with Italian peppers recipe on Lorraine

Nadia Sawalha served up a vegetable frittata with asparagus, peas and Italian peppers on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 50g butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 leek, thinly sliced, 200g asparagus, chopped into 2cm pieces, 50g peas, 225g potatoes, cooked and cooled, 6 eggs, 6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, Salt and pepper.
