Nisha’s pork biryani recipe on Lorraine

Nisha Katona served up a quick pork and cashew biryani on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients: 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 medium onions, sliced, 6 spring onions, sliced, 1 ½ inches of ginger, minced, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 2 finely diced pork, loin chops, 2 ½ tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp chilli powder, 1 cup white basmati rice, 2 cups water, 85g salted cashew nuts, 50g (three rings) pineapple from a can, chopped (optional) and Salt to taste.
