James Tanner sugar-free banana loaf with maple frosting recipe on Lorraine

James Tanner served up a delicious sugar-free banana loaf with maple frosting on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 70g self raising flour, 70g wholemeal flour, 250g ripe bananas, mashed (roughly 3), 70g unsalted butter, melted, 70g sultanas, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp milk.

For the maple mascarpone frosting: 100g mascarpone or cream cheese, 45g butter and 2 tbsp maple syrup.
