Anna Haugh served up tschumi’s chocolate cake that was a favourite treat for Queen Mary on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.

The recipe was created by Gabriel Tschumi and his delicious air filled glutenous sponge cake only use a few simple ingredients including: eggs, flour, sugar and chocolate.
