James Martin served up creme brulee in egg cups and poached pears in red wine for a French style dessert on This Morning.

The ingredients for the creme brulee are: 350ml double cream, 125 ml milk, 2 vanilla pods, split and seeds scraped, 4 eggs, 4 egg yolks and 130g caster sugar.
