Dean’s sticky glazed pork belly with winter slaw recipe for a Christmas feast on Lorraine

Dean Edwards served up a Christmas feast with his sticky glazed pork belly with winter slaw on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 1.3kg boneless belly of pork, 1 tbsp oil and a good pinch salt.

For the cola glaze: 500ml cherry cola, 1 star anise, 1 stick cinnamon, 6 cloves and Juice 1 lime.

For the winter slaw: ½ red cabbage, shredded, 1 red onion, very finely sliced, 1 carrot, grated, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 1-2 tbsp cider vinegar and Seeds from ½ pomegranate.
