The first contestant to be voted off American Idol finals is Jeremy Rosado.

The 19, from Valrico, Florida was one of Jennifer’s favourite, but on the night the American public saw him differently.

Jeremy Rosado finished in the bottom two along with Elise Testone who got the lowest number of votes from America and the judges had to decided and choose between the two bottom finalists. Randy, Jennifer and Steven decided to send Jeremy home while Elise Testone will be joining next week’s Top 12 live performances.

The top 12 contestant will now be – Phil Phillips, Joshua Ledet, Heejun Han, Colton Dixon, Jermaine Jones, Hollie Cavanagh, Jessica Sanchez, Shannon Magrane, Skylar Laine, Elise Testone, Erika Van Pelt and DeAndre Brackensick.
