Got To Dance judge Ashley Banjo thinks a non-street dance act could win Got To Dance this year.
The Diversity dancer and choreographer told The Sun that auditionees from a range of other genres have been giving street dancers a run for their money this year.
He said: “In the last two series, street dance has been hard to compete with. But I do truly believe that this year the standard is so much higher in all the genres.”
The 23-year-old added that viewers will ‘never have seen’ moves like the ones demonstrated in the new third run. “Everyone will be in awe,” he commented.
“It is going to be amazing because of the amount of talent out there. You start thinking it might have dried up and then you realise there is an explosion of energy right in front of you.”
