Louis Spence Dancing On IceLouis Spence is a Dancer, Choreographer and TV personality who gained notoriety in recent years for his Pineapple Dance Studios television series on Sky TV.

Louie was born 6th April 1969. At a young age he took an interest in dance and went to a dance school near his home with his two sisters. Later on his parents took out a loan to send him to the prestigious Italia Conti Performing Arts School.
Louie’s hard work during his schooling paid off when he landed his West End debut in Bugs Malone aged 13. He was also invited to join BBC’s prime time Hot Shoe Show, dancing alongside Wayne Sleep and Bonnie Langford.
Later Louie won a scholarship at the renowned London Studio Centre and after graduating, he joined the Award-Winning Cast of Miss Saigon in the West End.
In his career Louis has danced with some of the biggest stars including Tina Turner, Ray Charles, Whitney Houston and Stevie Wonder.

A few years ago, Louis started Edit Agency at Pineapple Dance Studios where he is currently Artistic Director. Here he recruits the crème de la crème of dancers and choreographers for the biggest names in the business such as Kylie, Mariah Carey, Robbie Williams, Will Young among others.

His work at the dance studio soon caught the attention of television companies and one of his first UK role was on Trouble TV where he was cast as a training camp mentor for three TV series on the massively successful TV show, Bump N Grind.

Louie can presently be seen in the Sky One documentary show ‘Pineapple Dance Studios’ in the U.K.
